Sorry for the late reply. I also did a family get together for Labor Day. My husband and I took the "kids" (who are all 21 and over now) to the Wisconsin Dells over the weekend. Spoiler alert. Ha ha. You'll be reading about it this Friday.

That's really cool about the quilts you made. They are now family heirlooms. I love traditions that pass down pieces of history from one generation to the next.
