I love the snow melt as winter turns to spring. It may be temporary. We often get major snow storms in March and April here. But for the moment the melting snow is creating lakes and rivers in the streets and its glorious.
I took a walk at the end of the day and it was glorious out.
On sloped streets the runoff from the melting snow was creating audible rivulets.
I just walked around neighborhoods instead of going to trails, which can be very muddy and slushy this time of year.
There’s still quite a bit of snow. Here are a few more scenes from my walk.
