Be kind now - no shitstorms allowed! (lol). These are just some of my own thoughts about captures of other Suns or Planetary objects being filmed with cameras during the daytime. I may be mistaken, but this is where I'm currently leaning.
In regards to webcams - not knowing the maintenance of them, how often the lens is cleaned and the webs & debris are removed (should be daily but of course not feasible for outdoor cams), or the camera settings, exposure, if they're shot through glass, etc, makes them less reliable to use as evidence, though just my opinion.
