I can relate to this because we also experience heavy rains and flooding here in the Philippines. I actually enjoy the rainy season too, especially when the weather becomes cooler. But it's sad to know that the rainwater carries street waste straight into the ocean. It reminds us how important proper waste management is, not just good drainage.
