RE: Live Edge Bar Project!
Thanks! Currently working on a built in pantry and it’s a doozy. This was a piece a cake compared to the pantry but only have the drawer fronts left so it’s getting close to done.

RE: My First Plant Order of the Year!
Wow ok, I’ll most certainly be having some -10C or worse nights for at least the next couple weeks. I’ll hold off. Thanks for the tips! That’s a ton of info to sift through and take in!

RE: Making Valentines - February 5, 2020 @goldenoakfarm
This will be my daughters first Valentine’s Day that she’ll be old enough to enjoy... I’m thinking that making some Valentine’s art with her will need to be done! Great IDEA!

RE: Eggs into Waterglass - February 4, 2020 @goldenoakfarm
Woah! I’ve always wondered about preserving eggs but I had no idea about this method. I was gonna try cracking a bunch into a container and then freezing them but thought frozen eggs would be a bit odd.

RE: Around the Farm - February 4, 2020 @goldenoakfarm
How many acres do you have? Certainly a dream of ours to have more space but for now a 1/4 acre to an acre was a pretty good leap while still sticking close to work. We’ll be getting our new flock of chickens

RE: My First Plant Order of the Year!
He’s got his hellebore on the west side of his house but I never saw them bloom, just what he told me. (Yours should be blooming coming up soon!) I got fruit trees in the month I moved in as a birthday

RE: Spring in February
Love that pic, looks fake!? 70 degree day here in Colorado today and it was AMAZING! Had a picnic, went on a hike, and did a lot of needed yard work. Snow tomorrow though!

RE: How I designed our Back Evergreen Privacy Screen
Hey! Long time no see! The blue spruce is always a winner but yeah that would be pretty cool to do a large bonsai. We’ll see how it takes to the soil back there. I’ll do an update when they show up in

RE: Like Spring Out There - January 26, 2020 @goldenoakfarm
Mild winter here too really. Except we got one huge storm in November and still have snow on the ground from that. I’ve never seen it stick so long, then again I’ve only been at this property since May.

What zone do you grow in? Do the Sweet Annie reseed themselves? I’m so excited to smell it! 37 flowerbeds must have been a ton of work! I’ve never been one to cut flowers and bring them in so I’m not sure
