At last there's this steemph.cebu's first ever bisaya meme contest. Well, i've been making some memes or captioned photos before just for fun. Most of it is "hugot", or a draw of dramatic emotion from deep within. Haha. Lol. Not necessarily that i can relate from those hugot lines, it's just, i'm very influenced by the people around me, so i've made those memes for them. Haha.
