Hey Man! So great to hear from you. I'm doing as ok as I can be given the circumstances... All live gigs are pretty much cancelled 'til summer of 2021 so that really sucks! I'm still playing a few dance classes, mostly online, but majority of my work was live :/

As far as the music goes. It's mostly improv. I do have some go to sketches and chord progressions, but the exercises change from day to day and from teacher to teacher, technique to technique etc, so it's never the same twice.

Even the stuff that is set exercises/class, morphs and has different elements to it depending on who dances or, even with the same dancers day to day etc.

That's one of the things I really enjoy, it's never the same.... There's always improvisation and dynamic differences to engage in.
