I visited one of the famous franchise restaurant "Ibodom" who offers "Gamjatang".
Usually this type of restaurant is full while lunch and dinner time especially weekends so I came early not to be waiting in a cueue and I succeed.
Gamjatang is stew made of pork backbones and potato, green cabbage leaves and spicy seasonings.
As it is already cooked in the kitchen, I just need to boil it up for few minutes.
Finally it is time to eat!
Enjoy with pieces of backbones and vegs first.
When you almost finish, you can order for fried rice. The staff comes and make it in your table. I love this more than gamjatang indeed.
