Add the feature to allow user select media preferred storage location

Telegram is an application created for the purpose of communication between users and group of people. This application was launched some years ago and it is a big competitor for the popular whatsapp we all know, This application possess so many great in app features that makes it outstanding

Proposal

given that some device internal storage capacity is just 8gb or less and such device's storage capacity can be upgraded by sd card. i therefor propose that the feature of selecting a preferred media storage location b added to this great app. this will enable the users to select were they will prefer to have their media (pictures, videos, doc, audio etc) save. and in the case were one location is running out of save, users can switch to another storage location. this can be added just between the storage usage and the mobile data usage. when selected, a small dialog box will popup requesting user to "download media to"

Benefits

sometimes because of the users inability to select preferred download location, they will have to delete other file(in the case of full storage ) before being able to download a new file, but with this feature, user will be able to switch to a different location.
more files can be downloaded to the sd card and device storage
