Maybe they are diamond or gold league players, but in a silver league tournament they cannot use the max cards, it will be maximum level 5 for commun, 4 for rare, 3 for epic and level 2 for legendary, the same for everyone. So if you have your cards at this level you will play against the same cards. But I agree that they probably will have all the cards at silver level and not only few like me.
