It seems you still miss the point of my piece. Opposing the wars my country wages in my name, and exposing the lies and deception used by this US empire to wage its wars of aggression around the world does not constitute support for the leaders of the countries it is invading/bombing/occupying.

I do not support Putin killing political opponents, but neither do I support the US doing the same, and the west cruelly caging reporters for exposing their war crimes as they have done with Julian Assange.

If countries are oppressed by dictators, it is its own people’s duty to make things right, and nobody else’s.

I don’t buy the argument that world war was necessary to stop Hitler, in fact I think it only caused more deaths, and the occupied European countries were already rising up against Hitler. His own people tried to assassinate him, even attempts from within his own military, he would have fallen without US intervention imo.
