After SteemFest in Bangkok I had a couple more friends join me for some time in the southern islands area of Thailand

Whoever said Thailand was cheap never went to an elephant sanctuary for like $70-ish dollars a person. haha

making elephant food... which we never gave to the elephants?

But we did give them watermelon... LOTS!

Lorraine was most excited about elephants ... I was pretty happy about the experience as well.

Amy was a bit more hesitant ... haha

BOAT RIDES

A couple of my favorite experiences were the private rented boat trips

pretty darn fun and actually the best food i had while in thailand was the stuff we cooked ourselves

Cooking class had us playing with the locals as well

TIGERS ... OH MY

Got to admit wasn't a fan of the tiger experience 5 minutes for way too much money to see tigers sleeping or drugged... who knows.

THE GROUP

I really do appreciate them coming... they're the reasons i was willing to spend the money and get on a plain for 26+hrs and spend a couple weeks in thailand.

Already did a post of many of the group shots... and I'm intending to do one of just me...
