I feel like i was mostly bringing up an interesting theoretical issue where RC costs have to be flexible both ways because if not then we have a hard cap on active users.

But i do appreciate your extra side notes about how larger systems have lots more costs which would likely result in higher RC transaction costs. However Hive price likely works in the other direction as greater value HP is of more worth.
