Yep i understand that... but we can curb just how long that tail is. Because 5 steem and the tail is probably still long. But free and it will be so long that it will burden all the systems. I'm not kidding when i say i think people will make HUNDREDS of communities. I mean look at this post you had a one user rage comment from hundreds of accounts they probably got from a free exploit in the user claim process.
