2. Probably update the account @badge-101121 because it even mentions steem so i'm guessing it hasn't been updated for a while. Make sure the requirements are indicated well on the account description.

I guess you need to decide if it's all Ukrainians or all people living in Ukraine.

1. If I were you I'd give other trusted people posting-authority to the account so they can also put some time into making sure all those who should receive the badge get it.

This badge and badge page will help many Hive users to have a trusted source of Ukrainians as there are also some people trying to impersonate Ukrainians in order to get sympathy votes.

You'll see an option for posting authority. I'd suggest actually giving yourself posting authority as well. Using posting authority is only really available with Hive Keychain. It's not super common but once you know how to do it it's super simple.
