BTW, this is basically the same as saying "Does anyone here have a CLAIM against me?", since if there was some contract, then there'd have to be a claim. And without stating a claim, the corporate STATE has NO STANDING to charge you with anything.
Also remember that these PRIVATE courts by default DON'T deal with anything that happened in a state of the Union (such as California), but deal with things that happened in the federal ZIP regions, such as CA, or with those who RESIDE in such federal regions.
