Accountability is the quality or state of being accountable; especially :an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions.
It could also entail taking responsibility for someone else's action.
It's a quality that comes from the inside....you don't need a degree in accounting to be accountable.
Accountability is an element that indicates who is ultimately answerable for the correct and thorough completion of the deliverable or task, and the one who delegates the work to those responsible.
Accountability could be in different types
☆Personal or self accountability
☆Accountability to friends/spouse
☆Group accountability
☆Professional accountability
☆Public/Political accountability
I choose to be accountable !
