Head of Bureau for Economy: Need Licensing Reform to Attract Investors
Sabang - Chief of Economic Bureau of Setda Aceh, Muhammad Raudhi, said to lure Investors to Aceh, needed permit reform. Investors should be provided with ease in arranging investment permits.
"Therefore, there is no reason for investors to leave in Aceh," said Raudhi in the Coordination Meeting for Economic Affairs in Aceh in 2017, at Setdako Sabang, Wednesday, October 25, 2017.
Parwoto Taruno, Director of the Capital Investment Coordinating Board, said that in the current technological advancement period, stakeholders should provide ease of licensing to investors who will invest in Aceh.
"Meet investors only if there is a problem.The rest can be done with the utilization of technology media," said Purwoto.
In addition, the progress of IT in Indonesia, said Purwoto, makes data communications with various system centers have been built. Where data between regions and centers has been integrated online. It is an opportunity for this country to attract many investors to Indonesia, especially Aceh.
If it is successfully done, Purwoto sure, the ideals of the Government of Aceh to make the region as the center of Indonesia's economy in the west will be implemented.
One of the lure of people to come to Aceh is the tourism potential. Raudhi said, many areas of tourism in Aceh are unspoiled. For that, he invites all economic actors in Aceh including relevant officials to fix tourism in the area, so it can invite the tourists to visit.

Tourism is one of the investment priorities in Aceh contained in the RPJM Aceh 2017-2022. In addition to tourism there are three other priorities, namely agro industry (agriculture, plantation, fishery and marine), infrastructure and energy and the development of Arun Lhokseumawe Special Economic Zone.
