Sere honesto, años atrás me vi la version Live action Japonesa y es una obra sublime, tanto trama, música, actuación y disparos de reacción llevados al extremo con una mentalidad de pensar demasiado cada accion al estilo death Note y detective conan.

Sobra decir que son episodios de casi 1 hora y en ella explican muy bien las cosas, tanto reglas, juagadas de cada participante y con plastilina de ser necesario, porque es super detallado.

Dicho esto son 2 temporadas y la película donde termina todo.

I’ll be honest, years ago I watched the Japanese live-action version, and it’s a sublime work—the plot, music, acting, and reaction shots are all taken to the extreme, with a mindset of overanalyzing every action, much like Death Note and Detective Conan.

Needless to say, the episodes are almost an hour long, and they explain everything very well—the rules, each participant’s moves, and even use clay models when necessary—because it’s incredibly detailed.

That said, there are two seasons and a movie where it all comes to an end.

Sobra decir que cuando empecé a ver la version anime, mi deception fue grande, pues el estilo de dibujo simple, las pocas emociones y la banda sonora tan simple no tienen el mismo impacto que el live action.
La senti como una version Temu de la obra dibujada con bajo presupuesto.

Obviamente por la referencia de que ver y de tener la serie en Live action, eso dejo la bara muy alta para que traten de bajarla de el pedestal de Obra maestra.

Needless to say, when I started watching the anime version, I was very disappointed, since the simple art style, the lack of emotion, and the boring soundtrack don’t have the same impact as the live-action version.
It felt like a low-budget, Temu-style adaptation of the original work.

Obviously, given the reference to watching and owning the live-action series, the bar is set so high that it’s impossible to knock it off its pedestal as a masterpiece.

Como digo el estrés psicológico que da el live action acompañado de la banda sonora es insuperable.

As I said, the psychological intensity of the live-action footage combined with the soundtrack is unbeatable.

La verdad me vi como 3 episodios del anime, pero sigo prefiriendo la version actuada por todo lo vivido con ella, que esta version anime dudo que haga sentir el mismo drama.

To be honest, I watched about three episodes of the anime, but I still prefer the live-action version because of everything I experienced with it; I doubt this anime version will evoke the same sense of drama.

Mi recomendación es simplemente que vean el live action y pues luego de eso no hay punto de comparación
el Anime puede ser muy corto con 15 o 20 minutos tratando de condensar todo, pero no da tiempo a nada ya que ni intriga despierta.

My recommendation is simply that you watch the live-action version—after that, there’s no comparison.
The anime might be very short, at 15 or 20 minutes, trying to cram everything in, but there’s no time for anything since it doesn’t even manage to build any suspense.

Aclaro que son apreciaciones personales, si disfrutas el anime continua viendolo, pero en dado caso de que quede continuara sin segunda temporada, lo mejor es ver el live action que esta completo.

Just to be clear, these are my personal opinions. If you enjoy the anime, keep watching it, but if it ends without a second season, you’re better off watching the live-action series, which is complete.
