Did not take long for my vision to materialize: 1 day!
Truth be told, there have been many pointers out there:
- Increased Alexa Rank.
- Celebrities joining (Neil Strauss, David Pakman etc.).
- Superstrong SBD, which was perhaps kind of a future in this regard.
2018 started with a bang:

Just one little advice for all of us that want Steem to go even higher:
When you have earned you precious SBD, and you want to power up,
transfer the SBD to Bittrex, buy Steem there and transfer back as Steem Power to you Steemit wallet. In that manner we create more demand for Steem and higher trading volume, which will strengthen the interest in Steem as an investment.
