COME! EVERYTHING IS READY.
It is true that you’ve been invited to feast on the table of an already accomplished agenda. It is one thing for you to come to the table and it is another thing for you to be able to take your portion. It is one thing for you to get to the land of promise and it is another thing to fully maximize the blessings of the land. It is one thing to get to the point of harvest and it is another thing to reap the harvest. Reaping the harvest is a factor of the sharpness of the sickle in your hand.
This season shall turn out to be a time of harvest for many. Scriptures affirm that
“As the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest shall not cease” Genesis 8:22.
Perhaps you have sown in tears and you have been asking – “when will my harvest come?” Scriptures cannot be broken; God is inviting you to your harvest, He is saying, Come! Your finest hour has come; but you will have to sharpen your sickle and thrust it for a life changing harvest.
There is an invitation for everyone; but, you need to receive one for yourself. How you fare in the New Year depends on how well you are able to hear from God for yourself. What someone hears for you is not likely going to take you far. What you hear for yourself is what matters: For the just shall live by his faith. Apostle John in Revelation 1:10 was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, when he heard a voice behind him saying, “I am Alpha and Omega”.
You need to be in the Spirit to hear what God is saying. Many are so much in the flesh – full of their personal agenda and inclinations for the new year, that they cannot receive God’s invitation unto His own agenda for their lives. Until you let go your own, you can never receive His own.
The proclamation of the readiness of all things with God is true; but as you move in the year, you may come across situations that may look so impossible. Always know that Faithful is He Who has promised, who also will do it. With all that John heard of the Lord in the book of Revelation, he still encountered a scene where he saw a book completely sealed and he wept because there was none worthy to open it.
Before long, he heard a voice proclaiming that the Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed to open the book. Whatever comes your way as you move in the strength of what you have received of the Lord; no matter how tight it is, the Lord has prevailed already and yours is an accomplished victory.
