Love the post by @freedompoint (and your video). I have to admit, I was not very good at this until I was face to face with dementia in my family and it's hard to explain how eye opening that disease is until you see it. I know you have. It's an incredible reminder, if you can take anything positive from it, that time is so precious. Stop, enjoy life, refresh yourself OFTEN spiritually in nature, breathe and LIVE!
