I really like the idea of the chat. We have a discord server for our community but it would be cool to have a place on Hive for communicate.

As someone who JUST started a community (shameless plug alert it's called The Kingdom), the only thing I know for sure is that organic growth is best. We're super duper small and have very little activity but what we do have is great quality posts.
