Thanks Jenn. As always it seems I am finding your videos right when I really need to hear them. I think today I've been hanging onto some negative feelings from the past that I really just need to learn to let go of. I've been feeling a little overwhelmed lately and unheard but perhaps I am just not conveying my messages clearly enough to be heard, if that makes sense!
