Transformational leadership in educational institutions is essential, its contribution to achieving the best results from their work teams would be considerably greater.
However, it is very common to find "bosses" in educational institutions who only follow guidelines without seeking to achieve teamwork, where commitment to the institution prevails and where they manage to adapt to the current conditions beyond the reluctance to change.
