The person who has wealth and a comfortable financial position actually finds it attractive to invest and put more money into production.
The risks may still be "risks" for them, the difference is in how they are affected by the "possible" consequences of a negative outcome.
These consequences are usually less tragic than for those who invest without financial strength.
