Hello, cetb2008@cetb2008

You're absolutely right in your reflection on today's toys. It's overwhelming how technology has displaced traditional toys, which, although environmentally friendly and educational, tend to disappear.

We'll see!

You know, I also played with the spinning top and the yo-yo. Although I recently saw some of those modern yo-yos, I was amazed by their poor quality. I remembered those fantastic ones promoted by Pepsi-Cola, Fanta, and Coca-Cola. Beautiful and excellently constructed.

As for kites, how can I forget the one my father made for me? I loved it even though it didn't survive its first flight. I loved it because he built it with love. By the way, he didn't like to talk much about it, considering it a failure. Of course, he never told me so, but his silence spoke volumes.

Thank you for sharing your chronicles with us.
