What a post! Upon reading it, I immediately empathized. My father also suffered from kidney failure, the result of prolonged high blood pressure (for forty years). He passed away when he was almost seventy (69).
You know, my dear @nancybriti1. We are left with the consolation of his memories and examples to follow. In your case, his passing occurred on the eve of autumn, during our rainy season. In mine, it was well into spring, during the dry season.
They live on within us.
