Holo, my friends

We are in the countdown to the launch of the alpha version of the game. The most recent updates from the official spokespersons of the Holozing team show how well-advanced we are and give a briefing on how the game's ecosystem will operate. As such, expectations are growing among many of us in the community.

While the big event arrives, I will continue accumulating zing, and recreating some characters already unveiled, and others of my initiative, which may inspire new official staff. I would love to see for example an ultimate healer.

As you may know, I am in the process of learning to draw digitally. I'm not very good with pencil, watercolor, and other techniques, but I apply myself as best I can.

This time, the Ocean Healer used in the last publication of one of the co-founders of the game caught my attention, and I said to myself, I'll do it as close as I can, without tracing it, freehand, assisted by the stroke stabilizer. By the way, this Ocean Healer looked quite young to me.

Initially, I had another idea to draw for the Holozing community, but I realized in the attempt, that I am not yet ready to bring to the canvas these models. So, in this project, I kept polishing what I learned and tried some techniques from the great artists here.

Estamos en la recta regresiva para el lanzamiento de la versión alfa del juego. Las más recientes actualizaciones de los voceros oficiales del equipo de Holozing dejan entrever, lo bien adelantado que se está, y dan un resumen de cómo operará el ecosistema del juego. En tal sentido, las expectativas crece en muchos de nosotros en la Comunidad.

Mientras el gran evento llega, seguiré acumulando zing, y recreando algunos personajes develados ya, y otras de mi propia iniciativa, las cuales pueden inspirar a nuevos personales oficiales. Me encantaría ver por ejemplo a un sanador definitivo.

Como ya sabréis, estoy en pleno proceso de aprender a dibujar en digital. No es que sea muy bueno con el lápiz, la acuarela y otras técnicas, pero me aplico lo mejor que puedo.

En esta ocasión, captó mi atención el Ocean Healer que usaron en la última publicación de uno de los cofundadores del juego, y me dije, lo haré lo más parecido que pueda, sin calcarlo, a mano alzada, eso si, asistido por el estabilizador de trazo. Por cierto, este Ocean Healer me pareció bastante joven.

Inicialmente, tenía otra idea para dibujar para la comunidad Holozing, pero me di cuenta en el intento, que aún no estoy preparado para llevar al lienzo estos modelos. Así que, en este proyecto seguí puliendo lo aprendido y probé algunas técnicas de los grandes artistas aquí.

Aquí les muestro algunas instantáneas del proceso de creación del joven Ocean Healer sin la gruesa chamarra usando sus poderes para sanar a un pequeño pez.
