I was blown away buy the movie Dark waters. Incredible.
Now I'm visiting family in Michigan, not far away from Detroit. And was shocked that they drink water from small plastic bottles. They are very concerned about the tap water. But what is shocking for me is that they don't get barrels of water, they drink from half litres bottles which creates enormous waste of plastic. If they at least recycled the bottles, but no, it's all thrown away into common bins.
Such pity seeing that such basic human need is so difficult to get without polluting.
