Gavin Wood, former co-founder of Ethereum and founder of Polkadot, recently warned against investing in cryptocurrency projects. "I would hope that people pay more attention to what is belying the currency name when they get involved in a community, ecosystem, economy" Wood told Reuters last week during the World Economic Forum in Davos. "Paying attention to projects, while not preventing investors from making mistakes, can help them better understand them."
