Hello fellow Steem techs:
I thought I'd share some photos of the current machine I am working on. Our company calls it the ISM-16. It is being created to form the end of the tubes used for Cummins diesel catalytic converters. This machine is quite the undertaking, there are many components and cables. All of which I need to make sure are correctly installed to the engineers prints.
There is so much force required, and energy expelled in the forming process, that we needed to make the machine sidewalls 2" thick steel. This is necessary to keep the machine from destroying itself. It is quite impressive to see one of these machines in action. Without further ado here are some photos of the progress.
