I just noticed that you do not have a Hive posting nor active key in the screen shot, if that is with Google, you should be able to reset the password.

When you set your Hive keys you must be careful not to grab any extra space at the beginning nor the end of the string of characters; that is the most common form of error.

Have you tried Hive Keychain??? Way better key storage since there are 50 characters. We have been using it the entire time it's been around with little problem.
