I'm planning to buy in to Tier 2, but was wondering if you can upgrade tiers, or if whatever you buy is set in stone

(If I bought 5 Tier 1s slowly, would it automatically upgrade to Tier 2 when I hit that 5th?)

Sorry for the weird question, just curious, there's so many things to buy this year! >:D
