Update: I just read the explanation in the 3Speak Discord:

Hello everyone@everyone, while making some upgrades to the publishing system there was an error in the software updates. This caused many videos that failed to encode to be published again in Hive.

We are very sorry for that. What we recommend is to edit the post with new content or an ERROR message. Thank you for your patience.
