Scripture Reading: Genesis 2:2-3
By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. Genesis 2:2 NIV
There is time to work and there is time to rest. God acknowledge the fact that we must rest after a hard work. That's why God rested on the seventh day after his creation. Though the Bible says a hand that doesn't work must not eat doesn't guarantee that you shouldn't work without rest. The body should rest after a hard work. Some people think resting is a sin but I think otherwise, some people always keep themselves busy because they think resting is a sign of laziness.

My brothers and sisters in the Lord, our body need rest after a lot of work.
If we do not listen to our body and we put more pressure on the body, it will go a long way to affect us which will eventually lead to breakdown. That's why we need to rest and keep the body active to maintain good health. We need to relax the body to release stress. Don't misunderstood Paul's quotation that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" but take a rest for it's not a sin to rest.
