VALT Metaverse SHOPs Sold For Over 1,000,000 RFOX Tokens Each

RedFOX Labs recently concluded the first of auctions for SHOPs inside its VALT metaverse. Represented by NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain, all 25 SHOPs within the Callinova quarter now belong to parties outside of RFOX headquarters.

Each plot sold for an average of 1.18M RFOX tokens, with 15% of the total RFOX collected now reserved for holders of VFOX token. What, you don’t have any VFOX? Head over to RFOX Finance to pick some up.

You see, VFOX is a reward token that entitles its holders to a cut of every transaction flowing through the VALT. Although the mechanism has yet to be announced, holders will be able to send their tokens into a pool and earn quarterly payouts in RFOX.

The Callinova quarter auctions are just the beginning. The VALT will see three more SHOP auctions, and per the new blog update, the next one will begin sometime next month. In other words, it’s not too late to reap the rewards of being a VFOX holder!

The VALT will interlink an assortment of products and services inside. Built to be compatible with PCs, mobile devices, and VR headsets, the VALT’s primary focus is on e-commerce. But we can expect to see games, concerts, races, and much more once the VALT opens for business.

One of the VALT’s product integrations is a white-label platform allowing artists and creators to mint, sell, and advertise NFTs. Its inaugural product is a collection of Miss Universe Philippines NFTs launching on September 24 after a slight delay caused by COVID restrictions.

Another venture intertwined with VALT activities is RFOX Media, set to become one of the most influential entities inside the RFOX ecosystem. Case in point is RFOX Run, a play-to-eat video game aiming to introduce RFOX to millions and put much-needed food on the table for citizens of Myanmar.

Even more delightful details have come out of RFOX as of late:

• The new RFOX VALT Grants program, in which artists and creators can launch collections on the RFOX NFT platform, can apply for funding up to 10,000 USD.
• Although VFOX farming ends in October, the team has hinted that other staking and farming opportunities, including staking the ETH version of RFOX (as opposed to BSC), will crop up soon.
