Imagine how hard it was to fake my "surprise and joy" when at age 6, I got these from my parents, grandparents and an eccentric uncle:

1. Savings Bonds

2. Kodak Preferred stock and

3. an antique chair.

Yes, you read that right, I got a freakin' chair for Christmas!
