This is nothing personal, my work is to prevent and detect abuse and what Im saying has everything to do with the post. The fact that the person proposing the project is a serial plagiarist that after being caught gave his steempress blog to your cousin, who also did serial plagiarism doesn't seem to be an irrelevant fact considering the nature of the project.
