No, I dont think its an exaggeration, it might even happen to be an understatement, since the title assumes this is not intentional.

It is irrelevant in this case how the curation is conducted, whats important here is that a project that supposedly onboards youtubers to steem has to verify them before starting to curate them, if that is not done it is clear and outright negligence, at least.

you can simply report the user on the respective 3speak server (or by contacting one of its administrators in private).

As said below we tried that before publishing this but didn't have access to that server or the admins at the time.

Well, in so far as we are concerned, and we have a lot of experience in antiabuse, this is the first time a project with Steemit delegation votes this many plagiarized post by the same user in a span of 2 months, please illustrate me if you know of any other case.

This is not about the amount of SP, and they don't actually have it, that's why its called a delegation, the issue is the stewardship of a large Steemit delegation such as this. Perhaps you dont think its necessary because your oracle-d writing assignment requires you not to... but yes, it is necessary to shine light on abuses of this magnitude and gravity.

but you are making a project look bad that has built a good reputation over time, oracle-d has done incredible initiatives before and, I am sure they will continue to do an incredible job.

We are not making Oracle-d look bad, the facts perhaps are, not to mention the response of the system admin shown in the post, which in all likelihood is the most honest of the ones we have received so far.
