So, last Sunday I played a game of it with friends. HAHAHA OMG... So let's talk about this game today.

The Settlers of Catan is a great board game that’s easy to learn, but also challenging. The goal is to be the first player to reach 10 victory points. Players achieve victory points by building settlements and cities on the island of Catan, by trading resources with other players, or by placing these tokens on the game board as landmarks. There are many ways to win this game and it’s highly addictive. Let’s take a look at our Settlers of Catan review:
What You Need To Play
The goal of this game is to get 10 victory points. You get victory points by building settlements and cities, having the longest road, or having the largest army. The first player to 10 victory points wins the game. First, you have to select a game board. There are many different game boards, so you can switch it up every time you play. Then, select the number of players. The recommended number of players is 2 to 6. For 2 players, you need the 2-player game board and 2 sets of tokens. There are also extensions to make up to 8 players.
How to Play Settlers of Catan
There are many ways to win this game. You can build settlements and cities, trade resources with other players, or place these tokens on the game board as landmarks.
To build settlements and cities, you need resource cards. You get these cards from the resource hexes. There are hexes for sheep, grain, ore, brick, and wood. The number on the dice indicates what resources you get from what hex tile if you have a settlement on it.
You can also trade resources with other players. When you trade with another player, you can offer something they don’t have.
Strategies
There are many ways to win this game, so don’t get too focused on one strategy. Build settlements and cities as early as you can. Use the wood hex to build a road from one of your settlements to another settlement. It is the longest road that gives you 2 victory points. Build two or three settlements before you build a city. A city can only be placed on a hex adjacent to a settlement. Place your landmarks on hexes where you want to build a settlement or city in the future.

The Settlers of Catan is a great board game that’s easy to learn, but also challenging. This game is highly addictive and has many great features. Some of these features are that it’s very interactive and great for people who like to strategize. The only downfall is that it’s a long game to play.

This game is long to play because it has many ways to win. There are many different strategies to employ while playing this game, and sometimes, players get a bit slow in making choices, which tends to drag on the end game a bit... but hey, it's fun.. right?
The Final Word
Overall, the Settlers of Catan is a great game to play if you like lots of strategies and a challenge. It’s easy to learn and great for people who like to strategize. This game is long to play, but that’s because it has many ways to win. I recommend this game to anyone who likes strategy board games.
