Can we do a proposal call for other companies or groups that want to develop this? Why are we locked into the Splinter Lands dev company for this? Can we get other more competitive pricing offers in?

Why is there no DOA post for a general call-out for RFP?

It seems like DOA posts like this are useless; they don't open a competitive landscape for development, but as one GIF posted already shows, the snake is eating its tail is what this is.

Why not try to bring in a new company to manage and run this? Perhaps that would attract new players and ideas at a more competitive cost.

From the proposal's scope, it is developing the cards. There is nothing about programming and implementing them. SO, for 25% less, I will develop all the cards as well, then send them to the dev for implementation... (*Absurd, right)

I'm just saying, why are we always so focused on looking in? Let's do some RFPs for the larger crypto community and see about new blood and ideas that can push Splinter lands to new heights.
