Exactly. It would probably be super profitable for 10 years, then at that point you could probably sell the land since it's prime spot for businesses or a gas station near the lake on the major road (although it'd be awesome to keep all of that land as natural as possible). That area will explode in 5-10 years, maybe sooner.
