Glad you like the painting! And yeah, that is great advice. I actually have had about 10 NFTs that I created on OpenSea for maybe 4-5 months with no activity, and you're right the gas fees are probably keeping people from buying art from a newer user with no activity.

Great suggestion about NFT Showroom, I actually was approved about 2 or 3 weeks ago as a creator and I have a couple images on there (haven't sold anything yet but I've bought 4 pieces). I really like Hive's NFT platform and the transaction costs are minimal - it's probably the way to go but I'll have to introduce her to Hive first and like you said there's a bit of a learning curve/barrier to entry only because she'll have to start with Hive and the keychain/wallet, and move to purchasing Hive (I don't think she's ever purchased crypto) and then get whitelisted on NFT Showroom.

I did say in my post that I don't know anything about NFTs and now that I'm typing this, I guess I know a little haha BUT since I haven't sold anything, I really don't know what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong. I guess there isn't a wrong to this newer art form but I can start with this info and if she's still interested she can start watching some videos on YouTube like you mentioned. That's basically where I've gotten my knowledge, and I've learned tons and tons by being active on Den.Social and reading people's posts.
