It doesn't hurt to recognize historical and modern heraldry, but is it wise to teach allegiance to national symbols? I'm not a very good patriot if patriotism means veneration of flags and other government symbols. Society and governments are not the same. Further, if you are of a religious background, is your Kingdom really of this world?
