Yeah, that's a key difference between tier 7 high-end casual, and tiers 9 & 10 competitive. There is an exponential increase in the price of the cards they contain. 8 falls somewhere in-between, and that is also why I am not sure where my current Nekusar build falls. If I get a change to play it this week, I may share a deck list and some initial opinions. Feel free to pass it all along!
