I didn't grow up with MTV, and besides, I may be a bit too young to remember his heydeay in the 80s anywa. I only really know about Boy George from that era through the occasional odd reference in other media of the era, like Bloom County comics. I know at some point I was reading those in the more modern era and looked up the Culture Club on YouTube and found it not to my musical taste.

I think I did my best to say what needed to be said about Israel already, but it is absurd to conflate criticism of a secular nation-state with hatred of a race. Racists will leap at any opportunity to attack their target regardless of whether it is true or not. Good people correct their friends and allies instead of defending them to the death knowing they are wrong. If your friends and bitter enemies alike agree, does it suggest the actions might be wrong, or you have false friends? Netanyahu's Israel wants all Jews to believe criticism of him is inherently racist toward them. Disgusting.

I hate A.I. slop, and have hardly made it a secret. I don't really hate the potential of this new technology, but people using it as a crutch, scammers using it to generate "content," and governments using it as a surveillance tool are all real problems, albeit at differing degrees of danger to society. The technology is just a tool to be used for good or ill, but the people behind it are generally untrustworthy, and anyone who uses it without honest disclosure should not be trusted IMHO.

But what I find amusing, perhaps even ironic, is that someone celebrating a murderous regime thinks he can play victim somehow. Imagine if the Aryan Nations or KKK complained they were being "cancelled" because no one wants to support actual racism. But somehow I am an "antisemite" for opposing Israel's tyranny and belligerence despite many of my favorite intellectuals and entertainers being Jewish.

Hopefully this wall of text was semi-coherent.
