About half the population of the Gaza Strip is under 18. The last elections occurred in 2006, so no one under about 35 has even had the opportunity to vote. And of those who both could and did vote, less than half voted for Hamas. This response by Israel isn't justice, it's blaming the victims of the vaunted "democratic process." And Israel keeps promising a real two-state solution, but never allows the people in Gaza any chance to be free.
