I am an "elder millennial," among the last to grow up in an analog childhood. Phone on the wall. Antenna on top of a TV with 4 channels. No cable/satellite, and no video game consoles because those were expensive. No computers at first, either, and it was DOS and floppies when we got an IBM clone. Mobile phones weren't really a common thing until I was a teen. I don't deny the convenience and usefulness of technology, but I remember when it was not pervasive.
