"Hoarding money" doesn't happen. There aren't millionaires with Scrooge McDuck money silos. Money is invested in the economy, and thank goodness for that, because even the plundered wealth of corporate cronies at least somewhat gets diverted into productivity to mitigate our crippled fiscal system.
